Frankonian Pils – German Lager (YS014)

The third niche lager yeast strain in our catalogue!
Orginated from the city of Bamberg, Upper Franconia in Germany. Franconian Pils leaves the stage for hop aromas and flavors with the clean, crisp qualities of a traditional Pilsner. Incredibly versatile strain, Diacetyl rest is suggested at the final stage of fermentation.
