Our yeast and bacteria are grown using a meticulously curated process to ensure viability and high metabolic activity. Unlike some other suppliers, we do not use molasses; instead, we use our local malt extract. This unique composition of extra nutrients and supplements is specifically formulated to meet the needs of our yeast strains.

Our growing medium’s darker color is a result of using liquid malt extract that undergoes autoclaving. This process facilitates Maillard reactions and sugar caramelization, ensuring optimal growth conditions. We refrain from using beet molasses in our process.

We prioritize the quality and freshness of our yeast and bacteria, and we take extensive measures to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We meticulously plan our cold chain supply, and we ship only on Tuesday to Wednesday with next-day delivery to avoid any extended transit times. You can trust that our yeast will not be exposed to stressful temperatures. Additionally, we are working on providing you with the option to monitor the shipped parcel’s temperature.

Quality is at the core of what we do. Our production process involves at least 14 points of microbiological and 10 points of physico-chemical assessments. We are continuously working to expand our quality control measures, with two more points for genetic tests on the horizon. Rest assured, you will receive an informative QC results sheet along with your order.
